Logos provides a place for parents to continue to
fulfill the promises made in baptism. The nurture and care of their children in the
church and a commitment to Jesus Christ are essential to the LOGOS program. By
taking an active role and by helping your children with assignments, you fill a vital need
in your children's' lives. Always remember, your children will be excited if you are
excited and positive about the program!
Active
participation by one parent is required - one week every month for each child registered.
As in many requirements, there is flexibility by calling the program director.
Arrangements can be made to help you participate in the program.
Parental commitment and involvement is important!
God didn't intend any child to have to stand alone spiritually. Faith will make a
difference to your children if it makes a difference to you. Parents should have a
active hand in their child's education, secular or religious. Children and youth
follow their parents' models of values and commitments.
Please note that nursery care is available for only
those children whose parents are presently working as support staff for the LOGOS Program.
Parents, please let us know if you wish to place your child in the Nursery.
