All Children Are Welcome!
Registration forms are available in the church office or the welcome table in the
church lobby. Completed forms should be returned to the church office.
Fees are all inclusive (meals, curriculum, supplies) and are as
follows:

Fees are due at registration.
LOGOS is a self-sustaining program that is financed by
the tuition paid by parents. This is vital for the purchase of food, curriculum,
make it supplies, membership fees and music. All of us are responsible for the
prompt payment of fees. This program depends upon it!
Please do not let the fees be a reason for not
joining LOGOS. If the fees present a problem, please contact the LOGOS Treasurer or
a Pastor. All information will be in the strictest confidence.
Because the program is self-supporting, a nominal $2.00
dinner fee is asked of volunteer helpers, parents and guests. There is no dinner
charge for children under four whose parents are helping.
